  • Ball Slams / Plank - 20-40 Reps
  • Kettlebell Swings / Dead Bugs - 30-50 Reps
  • American Hammers w/ Medicine Ball / SSH - 30-50 Reps
  • Jump Ropes / Heel Touches - 40-100 Reps
